What can I do on TicketDADA?
TicketDADA offers you online booking of movie tickets where you can choose your movie, theater, date, time & seats. You can find complete information like cast, reviews, gallery etc. on all currently running movies. You can also find complete information on the theaters like directions, seating, techincal details etc. You must register yourself with a valid email id to access the theaters available online.
How do I pay for the tickets? Do I need a credit card?
You have to pay amount online. Credit Card/Debit Card Required! You will find the ticket price for different classes available and the online booking fees. Once you agree to the pricing, you can book the tickets and pay the amount Online. You must carry the valid ID proof given in your 'MyAccount' section. This proof is to avoid black purchase of tickets.
Can I purchase this booking or tickets from some one else?
You are required to carry the valid ID proof given in your 'My Account' section. This ID will be validated at the theater entry door. In case you purchase this booking or the tickets from some one else you may not be permitted into the theater by the Management.
How many tickets can I book at a time? Can I use multiple accounts to book more tickets?
You can only book 4 tickets per account at a given time. You will be able to re-book the day after you watch the movie you currently booked. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts and book more tickets. Each booking is verified at the theater and all the members of the booked seats must be present at the theater to exchange for the actual tickets.
What if I book the tickets online and do not buy the tickets?
Your booking will be verified at the theater and if you do not buy the tickets, your account will be locked out permanently after 2 consecutive skip-overs. You may ofcourse create another account to book fresh. Each time you may have to give a new email-address.
What if I do not have a printer to print my token?
You can write down your serial code and present it at the theater as the code will be verified at the theater for your original booking. If the code does not match your contention towards the presented booking code will not be entertained.
The code looks like a serial number, can I present some random number at the theater?
The token-code is nothing but a serial code, the random code you present may not necessarily match with the booking of the same theater, same show & same time. Your name, details of the booking will also be interviewed at the theater in case your code does not match. You can only have your tickets if you verify all your details exactly as your registered and booked.
What is the guarantee given to me against the booking I do?
Since you are not paying any amount online, there is no guarantee of any sort that your booking will be exchanged for the actual tickets at the theater. The booking stands just as an ideal obligation from your end which can always be turned down by the other party, the theater management. But this situation can only be understood as a probability. Usually (99% of the times) the booking is fulfilled unless there are any technical problems or such that prohibits the management to turn down your booking.
How are the movies rated and what are the number of hits?
TicketDADA rating of the movies is purely based on the transactions performed on the movie on movies.aarvy.com and is not an opinion of any sort. Hits is the number of visits to the movie page. Rating is not directly effected by the number of hits. Hits and certain information on movies.aarvy.com is updated only every 6 hours. So you may find a little information lag on certain pages where time and information is not of significance. This feature is for faster perfomance of the servers.
What if I need the movie information that is not playing currently?
You may not get the information on past movies.
